It strikes me that as I walk these trails, each place that my foot falls could be the exact place a foot of a fellow Christian has fallen. This place is filled with the echos of prayers; the pondering of others who seek to know God and understand God's will. Though I scarcely saw another person on my retreat, I left encouraged and less alone. The very idea that there are others who would value and utilize this place lifts my heart. Elizabeth
